WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We ask that you wear clothes that are comfortable for moving around in. Dress for the weather too – if it is raining make sure you wear waterproof clothes. No open toed shoes.

IS IT SAFE?

We don’t allow any of our costumers to take part in any of our activities until they have listened to a full safety briefing on how to use the equipment and how the session will be run. As long as you listen to the instructor(s) at all times then our activities are safe. All of our activities have a full risk assessment and this can be available at your request.

THE WEATHER FORECAST IS VERY WET, WILL MY EVENT BE CANCELLED?

Probably not! We will run activities as long as it is safe to do so. This means that sometimes we just need to wrap up well and think warm thoughts! If the weather is so extreme (v.high winds/lightening) that we do need to cancel/postpone we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. We always aim to get you booked back in within the shortest time frame possible.

I'M TAKING PART BUT MY FAMILY WANTS TO SEE ME DO THE ACTIVITIES, ARE SPECTATORS ALLOWED?

Absolutely! And if you have a family dog you can bring them along to watch too! We just ask that they (the dog, not the spectator) stay on a lead so that they are safe at all times.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL TAKE PART?

All of our activities are fairly low intensity so as long as you feel able to we see no reasons why you can’t join in. It is advisable to check in with your doctor or midwife though, especially if you are in the third trimester.

CAN I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

No – Our insurance only covers us for our own equipment.

DO YOU GUYS OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

We do! Just give us a ring on 07897118786 or email contact@blythactivitycentre.co.uk along with your contact number and a member of our team will be happy to help. We can offer an e-voucher if you wanted the voucher quickly, or we can send you out a card version if you would prefer.

I FANCY A LAST MINUTE FUN DAY, CAN WE JUST TURN UP WITHOUT BOOKING?

Our schedule works by our clients pre-booking. This ensures we have enough equipment and instructors to run the sessions and ensure everyone has a good time. It is best to book in in advance to avoid disappointment.

I AM TRYING TO REDEEM MORE THAN ONE VOUCHER CODE AND IT WON'T LET ME, WHAT SHALL I DO?

Unfortunately our system isn’t as clever as we would like it to be and when redeeming more than one voucher you have to input both as a separate booking. If this sounds too confusing or it still doesn’t work please give us a ring and we will be more than happy to help to sort it from our end.

I HAVE ENTERED VOUCHER CODE AND IT IS SAYING IT IS INVALID/NOT RECOGNISED, WHAT SHALL I DO?

Our system only accepts numbers and letters. If you take out the ‘-‘ symbol in the middle of the code it should go through without a problem. Like always though, do not hesitate to give us a call if you need any assistance.
